No returns are offered on international shipments.

Shipping and Return Policies for domestic US shipments:

You can return the Digivibe device within 30 days from the date your order was delivered by following the steps below:

1) Ensure that the device and accessories are in the same condition as you received them.

2) Go to My Returns and open a New Request.

3) Please place the goods into the original or suitable box and attach the first page of the pre-paid FedEx label to the package; the second page of the FedEx document should be handed to the courier.

4) You can call FedEx and, making it clear that it is a returns shipment, book a pick-up at your address.

-Arrange a Pick-up via the FedEx website.

-Otherwise, you can drop off your parcel at the closest FedEx shipping point.

Once we have received your return, we reserve the right to accept or reject the items within 14 days from the delivery of the package to our warehouse.
