As a child, there was one place I dreaded more than anywhere else: the dentist's office.
During my visits, I endured a series of traumatic experiences from my dentist. Always in a hurry and lacking empathy, he chose to drill cavities without using anesthesia. The pain was excruciating, and from that day on, I developed a deep-seated fear of dentists and needles.
Visits to the physician were no better. Finger pricks were done with a V-shaped razor that looked more like a medieval torture tool than a medical instrument. I vividly recall needing to be held down by three people while the doctor resorted to pricking my toe to get a blood sample.
Years later, during a routine dental visit, my dentist told me about his incredible invention that used vibration to eliminate needle pain. Intrigued by the idea, I decided to invest in the company and embarked on a mission to end needle pain for children and adults alike.
The journey was far from easy. I dedicated countless hours to researching how, why, and when vibrations could block pain messages from reaching the brain. I personally took over 10,000 injections during the research process. Each injection was a step toward a brighter, pain-free future for others.
Our breakthrough device made needle sticks virtually unnoticeable. Our team achieved our first goal of creating a device that could eliminate the pain and fear of needles.
Now, our mission is to help children and adults worldwide face medical procedures without the anxieties associated with needles. We are committed to bringing a pain-free future to everyone, one vibration at a time.
